STYLE: Mixed fermentation sour beer
This is a Saison with a quince we made in 2019.
One part of it was later aged in the barrique barrel in which white wine used to be aged before it. The result we got is a refreshing and middle sour beer in which fruit esters dominate, while the quince and wine notes are felt in the aftertaste. The second part of it we put under the sea in 2020, and in 2022 the beer will emerge and be ready to surprise you.
