Mlinarica is well known for its homely atmosphere. Tables and benches made of solid wood fill the interior, and in the glass part of the pub there is a large fireplace. Every day we offer you many homemade specialties, meals from the daily menu (gableci) Facebook link, grilled dishes, homemade desserts, and on weekends a variety of roasts.
In 2016. next to the pub we opened a craft brewery and join the Zagreb beer revolution, offering guests top craft beers of different flavors and aromas.
Our beers are made from exclusively natural ingredients, without artificial flavors and additives. Barley malt, water, hop, yeast and some other spices or fruits are the ingredients of our beers. All of our beers are unfiltered and unpasteurized, stored in a chamber at a low temperature in order to retain fresh smell and taste. In that way, we provide you with a true and authentic beer experience.
Our regular offer includes five core beers: Czech style lager, Black Widow, Vienna Lager, American pale ale(APA) i Bitter Kiss IPA, but also a large selection of different sezonskih piva.
We are working on „mixed fermentation sour beers“, a series of beers that we especially cherish.

Beers from the Savage series are our first beers of this type. Every year we experiment with new tastes and aromas.
We are also brewing a variety of other sour beers that are less demanding in the production process but still have exquisite and delightful aromas.

Pusa Bo(c)k STYLE: Mixed fermentation sour beer BASE BEER: Bock This beer started of as our Bock beer Bokerica (which was also the base for Aj(s) Bo(c)k the eisbock), and

Hoppy lager is seriously hopped with Czech hops – Kazbek i Sladek. You can expect citrus and mild herbal aromas.
Sourise is our first kettle sour. Dry hopped in serrious amounts and enrichened with berries and salt.
