Sourise is our first kettle sour. Dry hopped in serrious amounts and enrichened with berries and salt.
During the year in Mlinarica brewery we brew different seasonal beer. As our guests demand it we repeat
some of our classics such as Piece of Cake, Sourise, Bitter Huga…we brew every year while still experimenting with
flavors and aromas.
So far, we have brewed about forty different types of beer, and we go on…
