Pusa Bo(c)k

This beer started of as our Bock beer Bokerica (which was also the base for Aj(s) Bo(c)k the eisbock), and was matured in a red wine barrel. Pusa Bo(c)k had the addition of our house blend of yeast and bacteria, but since we weren’t perfectly happy with the complexity, we also added some fresh blackberries to it Pusa Bo(c)k is completely different version of “Bokerica”
