BraIlian Montecristo medium roast coffee as an initial aroma, followed right away by the complex marzipan, vanilla, cinnamon from the tonka beans. First taste again brings the coffee to the front, with a direct transition to dark chocolate flavor contributed by the cocoa nibs, however it’s the tonka that justifies the name of our beer, making it a proper liquid cake and the aftertaste is again a lingering combination of rich coffee and tonka complexity.
