Burzum

STYLE: Imperial Pastry Stout

In Tolkien’s language, Burzum means darkness or shadow, while for us it is the black cat guarding our brewery and brewpub.

But Burzum is much more than just a cat.
It is also an imperial pastry stout aged for 364 days in a specially selected Bourbon barrel.

For this beast, we created tinctures of cacao, vanilla and tonka bean in order to extract the full potential of each ingredient.

The result is a layered imperial pastry stout dominated by chocolate, vanilla and Bourbon, with the alcohol reaching 11.8%.

Dark, powerful and dangerous.
Be careful not to let Burzum devour you.
