BrettCave is the series of wild sour beers which we launched in 2022.
It is named after our basement, in which we pioneered this style of beer and embarked on our journey into the world of wild sour beers.

We’ve conducted several beer and wine experiments already (for instance, the Duality series is a blend of beer and wine), so we decided to undertake a similar challenge again.
This BrettCave we macerated on muscat grapes for 9 months. The grapes are cultivated in a completely natural way and without any interference with the grape vines, vineyards, and soil. Such fine and natural grapes are grown and provided by the Dvanajščak – Kozol winery from Međimurje.
