BASE BEER: Czech style lager, Vienna lager
A white wine barrel served as the ageing and souring vessel for this beer. 50 kg of fresh peaches were added to these 250 L of beer. Before bottling we also dry hopped it with some mosaic to accentuate the fruity aromas .
