Blend my day

After a longer break, the time has finally come for a new Wild Sour.
We have waited so long for this blend to be fully matured and ready for your and our palates.
Blend my day is a blend of no less than four different beers. The first year of aging took place in
oak barrels, the second in the bottle, allowing the desired flavours and aromas to fully develop.
Now we can say confidently that this blend has served its time.
From Blend my day you can expect a prominent funkiness, a pleasant sourness, berries, but also a
malty beer profile that perfectly supports all of the aforesaid.
After two years of waiting, this beer will finally see the light of day tomorrow. So be ready and
prepare your palates for another wild sour from our small brewery.
