Frau Muller's
Sauerkirch Kuchen

STYLE: Mixed fermentation sour

Frau Müller is a Dunkelweizen cooked back then at the end of 2020, and afterward aged for a year in
barrique barrels. After aging in the barrique, we left the beer to sit in bottles for another year.

Right at the beginning of its aging in barrique barrels, we added dried cherries
to further express the sourness and achieve greater complexity. Before bottling, the beer was highly sour
and fruity, filled with aromas of cloves and cinnamon, but after long aging in the bottles, the flavors
rounded out very well and became greatly pleasant.

Gentle fruitiness, cloves, and cinnamon
are perfectly complemented by the vanilla that comes from Slavonian oak and completely changes our previous views on Frau Müller.
