Akrobat

After the Director, the Clown and Top Lik, Akrobat steps into the spotlight of our Cirkus.
While the rest of the troupe keeps their feet firmly on the ground, Akrobat considers that an unnecessary limitation. One moment he is on the trapeze, the next on the tightrope, and most of the time somewhere between the floor and the ceiling, trying to convince the audience that everything is completely under control.

Fortunately, when it comes to beer, his sense of balance is much better.
Cascade Cryo, Dolcita, Krush and Idaho 7 bring plenty of citrus and fruity aromas, while Verdant yeast further enhances the juicy character. We also added a small amount of peach, just enough to boost the juicy effect without stealing the show.

The result is a Juicy Pale Ale with a medium, soft and silky body, low to moderate bitterness and an expressive fruity character. Juicy, aromatic and highly drinkable, yet with enough character to remind you that Akrobat is balancing without a safety net the entire time.

Don’t try to imitate Akrobat. He is much safer kept in your glass.
