Find Muck is a fruited sour combining seemingly incompatible ingredients: lemon, ginger, black carrot and regular carrot. A combination that sounds like complete chaos, yet after the very first sip everything falls perfectly into place.
The freshness of citrus, the gentle spiciness of ginger and the subtle earthiness of carrot create a surprisingly drinkable and refreshing beer.
A small addition of lactose rounds out the whole experience and gives it just enough body to slide down effortlessly.
