Beerdelo

STYLE: West Coast Hazy IPA

For the first anniversary of Beerdelo craft beer bar, we brewed a beer built around one simple idea.

As Gogo says: it has to be bitter.

Beerdelo IPA is a hybrid between a hazy and a West Coast IPA. On one side, it delivers juiciness and a silky body thanks to wheat and London Fog yeast, while on the other it keeps a firm, clean bitterness that comes through clearly in the finish.

Orange, grapefruit and pineapple dominate the aroma, while the palate remains smooth, highly drinkable and balanced between juicy and bitter character.

It’s not a classic hazy.
It’s not a classic West Coast.
But it is exactly what it was meant to be.
