STYLE: Brett beer

With this beer we are starting another series of funky beers, this time it’s not a mixed fermentation, but the whole job is done by brettanomyces claussenii (wlp645). We also added some sour cherries to this one, to fruit it up a bit! Expect some barnyard/hay funky phenols, loads of sour cherry fruitiness and of course, a decent amount of acidity. Cheers!
