STYLE: Mixed fermentation sour
Beer or wine?
Is this Duality like that first one, or? It almost is, but there is much, much more Cabernet Sauvignon must here. The ratio of beer to must is 1:1, so you can expect more of a wine experience with which even some wine makers might be surprised and get some inspiration or courage for new adventures. The wine-like part, the pleasant light lactic acid, and funkiness are felt already at the first smell. The taste follows the aroma, where later the acid disappears and the alcoholic fullness takes place.
